Your first code, made simple.
Clear steps for creating, sharing, and updating your QR codes.
What is QRDesk?
QRDesk creates and manages dynamic QR codes for web links. You can change the page a code opens and see approximate scan counts.
How is a dynamic QR code different?
A static code usually stores the destination itself. A QRDesk dynamic code stores a permanent short link, whose destination you can edit. QRDesk cannot change an existing static code.
How do I create my first code?
Create a free account so your code is saved. Choose Create QR code, enter a name and public website URL, then save. Download and test it from the success screen.
Create a Free QR CodeHow do I change an existing code’s link?
Your existing QR image and short link stay the same. Only the destination web page changes.
- Open QR codes in your dashboard and find your code.
- Choose Edit destination and enter the new public web address.
- Save changes, then scan the same QR code again to check the new destination.
Do I need to download or print it again?
No, changing only the destination keeps the QR pattern and permanent short URL unchanged. Keep using your original QR image. If you change its colors, download the new design only if you want to use it.
Where can I see scan statistics?
Open Analytics in your dashboard. Free shows the latest 7 days; Pro shows up to 90 days and adds comparisons and CSV export. Counts are approximate, not unique visitors.
What is included in Free and Pro?
1 dynamic QR code · Editable destinations · Basic PNG · 512 px · 7-day scan history · Default QRDesk colors. Pro: up to 100 dynamic codes, custom colors, SVG and 2048 px PNG exports, 90-day scan history and CSV analytics.
What happens after I cancel Pro?
After Pro ends, QR codes created during Pro stop working until Pro is renewed. Codes created on Free remain available. Your data is kept.
Will my QR code expire?
After Pro ends, QR codes created during Pro stop working until Pro is renewed. Codes created on Free remain available. Your data is kept.
How can I contact support?
For payments, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or customer portal. Use Report a link for unsafe destinations. A general support contact is shown here only when the operator has configured one.
